Label manager & co-founder
With 14+ years of experience in indie music and events, Florine has worked closely with a wide range of artists including Bonnie Banane, Kiddy Smile, L’Impératrice, Étienne de Crécy, Isaac Delusion, Boombass (Cassius), Astral Bakers, UTO, Superpoze, Jacques, Miel de Montagne, Pépite and more.
She co-founded the indie label microqlima where she served as creative director & label manager from 2014 to 2018, before joining Pain Surprises records from 2019 to 2021 as creative director & project manager.
From 2021 to 2025, she was head of label services at Grand Musique Management, leading a team of nine and delivering tailored 360° support to self-releasing artists, covering strategy, production, promotion, and commercial rollout.
She also brings a strong background in event production, having worked behind the scenes at both Pete the Monkey and Calvi on the Rocks festivals.
At byebye, she leads operations, label services, and long-term development with clarity, care, and conviction.

Artist, producer & co-founder
Elliot started out at the Strasbourg Conservatory before moving to Paris at 18, where he co-founded the indie label Pain Surprises (home to artists like Jacques, UTO, Miel de Montagne, Futuro Pelo), and launched his own solo project Petit Prince, now known as MaMaMa. Alongside his studies in sound engineering at the prestigious Louis Lumière school, he spent years in studios producing, mixing, and supporting the creative visions of fellow artists. In 2023, Elliot co-founded byebye records with Florine Fourastié. He oversees all things sound-related.
